1. Who we are — and who we aren't

Solar Stealth is a solar marketing and referral company. We connect homeowners with solar equipment, financing, installation, and service delivered through Trio Solar and its partner network (which may include Qcells, Axia by Qcells, EnFin by Qcells, Sunrun-affiliated entities, and licensed local installers — the specific companies can change over time and by project). Solar Stealth does not itself manufacture panels, lend money, or perform installations. Any purchase, loan, lease, PPA, installation, or warranty is a contract between you and the relevant partner, on that partner's terms.

2. Eligibility & U.S.-only scope

This site and our services are offered to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. We do not offer services to, or knowingly collect information from, residents of other countries, and this site is not intended to comply with non-U.S. law (including the GDPR).

3. Consent to be contacted

By providing your phone number or email address — through this website or through a third party from which we lawfully acquired your information — you give express written consent for Solar Stealth and Trio Solar (and their agents) to contact you for marketing and service purposes at the number and address you provided, including by:

  • phone calls, including calls placed with automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded/artificial voice messages;
  • text/SMS messages (message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies); and
  • email.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You can revoke consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email hello@solarstealth.com. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is used.

4. Quotes and estimates

Quotes, savings projections, payment estimates, and timelines presented by us or our partners are good-faith estimates, not guarantees or binding offers. Final pricing, system design, financing terms, and eligibility are determined by the delivering partners and set out in the contract you sign with them. "$0 down" financing is subject to credit approval. Savings depend on your utility rates, energy usage, system design, weather, and financing terms.

5. Educational content — not professional advice

Pages on this site discussing tax credits, incentives, rebates, laws (including the One Big Beautiful Bill), financing structures, and ownership models are educational only. They are not tax, legal, investment, or financial advice; programs change and eligibility is individual. Confirm anything that matters with a qualified professional and with the official program documents before relying on it.

6. Third-party products, sites & trademarks

Products, warranties, and financing described on this site are made and backed by their respective companies, under their own terms — not by Solar Stealth. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Qcells, Axia, EnFin, Trio Solar, Sunrun, and other marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance here does not imply their endorsement of this website.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, graphics, and code — belongs to Solar Stealth or is used under license (including manufacturer imagery and Creative Commons-licensed photographs, which carry their own attribution). You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes; don't scrape, republish, or use it commercially without permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no submitting false or third-party information without authority, no interfering with the site's operation or security, no automated scraping or harvesting of content or data.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. (Product warranties for installed systems come from the delivering partners under their own contracts — see Section 1.)

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLAR STEALTH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR SAVINGS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Solar Stealth harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit that you did not have the right to provide.

12. Dispute resolution — arbitration & class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Any dispute between you and Solar Stealth arising out of these Terms, this website, or our marketing (including calls, texts, and emails) shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Solar Stealth each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@solarstealth.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Solar Stealth maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law.

14. Changes, severability & the whole agreement

We may update these Terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Solar Stealth about the website — they do not replace any contract you sign with a delivering partner for an actual solar project.
